Troubleshooting Tips for Power Banks

If your Power Bank is not functioning as expected, please try the following steps:

1. Let the Power Bank charge for at least 8 hours.

2. Try a different USB cord.

3. Try to charge different devices or phones.

4. Do not rely solely on the status indicator light. Test the charger even if you don't see an indication that it is fully charged. Chargers from separate production batches may behave in a different fashion than described in the User Manual. 

Troubleshooting Tips for Battery Cases

If your Battery Case is not functioning as expected, please try the following steps:

1. Let the Battery Case charge for at least 8 hours.

2. Try a different USB cord if the case does not accept a charge.

3. Try to charge different devices or phones.

4. Do not rely solely on the status indicator light. Test the case even if you don't see an indication that it is fully charged. Cases from separate production batches may behave in a different fashion than described in the User Manual. 

5. Make sure you follow the User Manual instructions for turning on/off the case to charge your phone. Pressing for one second only activates the status light indicator. You must press for 2 seconds or longer to turn on the case so that it may charge your phone.

6. If your phone displays an incompatibility message, you may safely ignore it. This is a known issue with particular versions of iOS.

Tips for Safe Use of Waterproof Cases

Every iContact waterproof case is individually tested by our factory to ensure it will provide a tight seal if the instructions are followed accurately. Please make sure you have read and completely understand the information contained in both the User Manual and the Warning Insert before using any waterproof case.

To seal a waterproof case, place your phone in the case so that it fits snugly. Do not force the phone into place. Carefully close the case and press on all sides, corners and edges so that the O-Ring is tight, as shown below.
